Strategic Account Director
Base to £70K with £140K+ OTE

They are looking for a Strategic Account Director reporting to the UK Managing Director, this senior role will be responsible for the strategic management and growth of the company’s largest existing accounts in the UK region. You must have significant experience of selling enterprise software solutions to large corporations. Have a consultative sales approach. A track record in managing strategic accounts. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong capability to present software solutions with gravitas and finesse at board level. Confident communicator that has proven credibility to network and build relationships with multi-levels within corporate organisations. You will be responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with my client’s largest customers to expand their Footprint and create new business solutions that meet customer business requirements and the company’s corporate objectives. Actively understand the make up of the customer, their business pains and objectives, and how their Solutions are currently used in their environment to create business value, understand the customers’ future development plans and creates business-winning strategies to support this. Establish a trusted advisory role for all levels from ‘C’ level executives to technical, support and business audiences, in order to create a foundation for future business networking and the creation of compelling new business opportunities. Proactively develop strategic account plans for key customers incorporating and outlining sales campaigns to address the business needs of customers The role will also involve working directly with key customers and with SAP and Systems Integrators to position the company and drive the sales process from concept to completion based on valid customer business needs. The vacancy exists in their NEW BUSINESS sales team for a Sales Executive/Account Manager to be based from our office in Surrey. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team and work alongside other new business salespeople and existing account managers.
Suitable candidates for this role will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience of new business sales with demonstrable proof of a successful track record within at least two companies. Additionally, the candidate will have sold directly into business in the recent past and prove that they have had recent success in closing new name business.
